I'm Josh.

I've spent years exploring meditation, plant medicine, and what it means to actually know yourself. Through all of it, one thing kept showing up: the breath. It was the thread running through every experience — the fastest, most direct way back to the body and to something true.

I practise every day. Not because I have to, but because I've seen what it does. It clears the noise. It surfaces what's been buried. It gives you access to parts of yourself that most of us spend our whole lives running from.

Now I share it. I hold space for people who are ready to step outside what's comfortable — to release what they've been carrying, or simply to find some clarity in a world that doesn't stop moving.

That's what Coldray Breathwork is. No fluff. Just breath, sound, and honest work.

You don't need to have done this before.

Most people who come haven't done breathwork. Some are curious. Some are carrying something they can't quite name. Some just want to feel different than they do right now. All of that is fine.

You lie down. I guide you through a specific pattern of deep, continuous breathing — combined with breath retention and sound. Singing bowls, instruments, music. The room holds you while the breath does the work.

What comes up is different for everyone. Some people move through emotion they didn't know was there. Some find clarity on something they've been stuck on. Some just feel genuinely rested for the first time in a while.

You don't need to prepare. You just need to show up.

Group journeys

A guided breathwork and sound journey in a group setting. Come on your own — most people do. These sessions run regularly across Sydney and the Central Coast.
